AmeriLux Family of Companies in Wisconsin is hiring for a shop/production role. You will operate and maintain power tools, read blueprints and work orders, cut materials to spec, and assemble parts to meet exact specifications. Flexible days/nights shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours are offered.

This position emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package in a team-focused environment.

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation: $18–$25/hour

*Yearly bonus payouts

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
