Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Wisconsin is hiring for an evening manufacturing role (4pm–4am). You will operate and maintain power tools, cut materials to precise specifications, read blueprints and work orders, and assemble items to fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while keeping a safe, clean workspace and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, work orders or cut sheets.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Assemble materials according to specifications.
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Shift: 4pm-4am

Compensation: $18-$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Requirements

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
