Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring for a skilled general labor/assembly role on the 4pm–4am shift. You will operate and maintain power tools, read blueprints, and assemble materials to meet exact specifications, while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets.
• Must maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.

Compensation:

$18-$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Requirements

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
