Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an entry-level general labor team member for our Hope, AR facility. The role emphasizes safety, procedure adherence, and ability to work overtime or weekends as needed. You will perform basic tasks in a wet, cold environment while maintaining a clean work area and supporting line operations.

The job requires physical stamina to stand for 8–9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate with minimal supervision, following all safety and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.
• Perform entry level general labor duties in a meat processing environment.
• Follow Tyson policies and procedures and maintain cleanliness at the work area.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
