The Atlantic District in Wilkes-Barre is seeking a General Insurance Agent to become the face of our agency, guiding local residents and business owners through complex coverage options with clear, practical advice.

You will build lasting client relationships, conduct policy reviews, and present tailored solutions while handling inquiries with courtesy. This role emphasizes community engagement and ongoing growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a sales capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client consultations.
• High comfort with digital tools and industry-standard insurance software.
• Ability to commute daily to Wilkes-Barre office.
• Prior experience with life and health insurance products is a plus.
