Job summary

The Atlantic District in Susquehanna, PA is seeking a General Insurance Agent who guides residents through their coverage options to protect families. You’ll handle client records, respond to inquiries, and help clients understand their policies in a friendly, local-focused setting.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience with insurance software platforms.
• Clear, honest communication style.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Office experience preferred, in insurance or client services.
• Knowledge of Susquehanna community’s insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through their insurance options to ensure they have the protection they actually need.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our agency management system.
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage and answering questions about their policies.
• Manage incoming inquiries with a warm, helpful demeanor, ensuring every caller feels heard.
