Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record growing an insurance book of business.
• Ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
• Experience with insurance quoting software and CRMs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ties to the Gettysburg community and local market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with our local policyholders by listening to their specific needs.
• Evaluate the unique risks faced by our clients and propose insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
• Process policy updates, renewals, and new applications with high attention to detail.
