Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role.

Technical comfort with industry-standard policy management systems and office software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior background in working with local communities or small businesses.
