Job summary

The Atlantic District in Allentown, PA seeks an experienced insurance professional to run the Farmers agency, leading growth, operations, and client service for the local community.

You will develop relationships, advise on coverage, and ensure policies meet clients’ evolving needs, with a collaborative team and hands-on training environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Strong proficiency with insurance agency management software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the Allentown, PA business community.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best coverage options to protect their homes, families, and businesses.
• Develop and maintain a local referral network to expand our reach in the Allentown area.
• Review existing policies annually to ensure coverage remains appropriate for our clients' evolving lives.
• Guide prospective customers through the application process with patience and clarity.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly by providing accurate, helpful information.
• Collaborate with our underwriting department to secure competitive rates for our policyholders.
