Job summary

Davey Tree Surgery Co. in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a dynamic general foreperson to lead outdoor electrical facility maintenance work. You will supervise crew leaders, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating equipment and schedules.

This role emphasizes training and hiring within the territory, maintaining records, and reporting to management. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is preferred; OSHA and hazard training provided.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Ability to complete Electrical Hazard Awareness Program and OSHA training.
• Ability to complete Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
• Required: valid driver's license
• Preferred: CDL-A or CDL-B with Airbrake Endorsement
• Preferred: line clearance experience or related tree work
• Preferred: pesticide licenses/certificates as required by state law
• Preferred: ISA Arborist, ISA Tree Worker, TCIA Tree Care Safety Professional certifications

Compensation Data

Compensation based on experience is: $27.00 - $30.00 hour.
