Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contracting in law firm or in-house.
• Experience leveraging AI in drafting and contract playbooks.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and vendor disputes.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across technology, data privacy, SaaS, and services.
• Using AI to build libraries, forms and workflows for contract management.
• Advising on contract terms, vendor disputes, and due diligence for M&A.
• Developing relationships with business partners and internal clients.
