Qualifications

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of building and managing high-performing insurance distribution teams.
• Deep understanding of the independent broker channel and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business or finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and managing agency growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the agency to ensure we meet our collective goals.
• Mentor and support our growing team of producers, helping them hone their craft and reach their personal career milestones.
• Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with carriers and local brokerages to expand our reach.

• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion within Maryland.
