Job Description
The General Affairs Associate will manage key administrative and employee support functions, ensuring smooth operation of KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center bookings and coordinating company-wide programs and events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center reservations and bookings – 50%
- Maintain an up-to-date booking calendar and communicate availability to staff.
- Respond to reservation inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with facilities, security, and cleaning staff to prepare spaces before and after use.
- Act as employee liaison & coordination – 25%: serve as point of contact for employee service and event inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between departments and employees for general inquiries, internal programs, and feedback.
- Create manuals & guidelines for company‑wide programs or events – 10%: draft clear and concise internal manuals or guidelines.
- Update documents regularly based on feedback, policy changes, or improvements.
- Assist & support company events – 10%: support planning and execution of seasonal parties or corporate gatherings; provide on‑site support during events.
- Design and create company‑wide promotional posters for in‑house café and company events – 5%: develop visually appealing posters or flyers for internal promotion of events, menu specials, or announcements; use basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field – Required (e.g., Bachelor of Arts).
- 0–2 years of administrative field experience – Required.
- Administrative support background preferred.
- Experience with platforms such as SmartSheet or Monday.com preferred.
- Problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
- Employee Coordination, Office Administration, and Technological proficiency.
- Proficiency in Korean language.
- No specific certifications required.
Compensation
- 19.25 – 36.55 USD hourly (actual compensation determined by qualifications, experience, education, and location).
