Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• AR – Billing, accruals, customer statements
• Daily Cash position, weekly TCR report, wire payments, Bank Reconciliation
• Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation
• Reporting to global HQ
• Setup and Maintain pricing
• Employees expenses report
• Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales
• Manages payroll in ADP
