Berkshire Hathaway in Seattle seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage AR, billing, accruals, and customer statements. You will handle daily cash positions, weekly reports, wire payments, and bank reconciliations, while assisting with pricing setups and payroll tasks in ADP.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software.

• General knowledge of accounting principles.

• Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation
• Reporting to global HQ
• Setup and Maintain pricing
• Employees expenses report
• Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales
• Manages payroll in ADP

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Now experience

• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software packages
• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain organized in a fast‑paced environment where a broad range of tasks will be required
