OCI Energy LLC is seeking an experienced General Accountant in San Antonio, Texas to support full cycle accounting, AP/AR, and month-end close in a fast-paced, small team environment. Under the supervision of the Controller, you will process invoices, manage vendor data, prepare journal entries, reconcile banks, and assist with 1099s and reporting to help OCI Energy operate efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including AP/AR, billing and collections.
• Working knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Construction or Renewable industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices for payment with coding and 3-way matching.
• Prepare weekly payment batches and process expense reports and corporate card statements.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor data maintenance, 1099 reporting as needed.
• Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices and review for accuracy.
• Record banking transactions and maintain bank reconciliations; perform journal entries.
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations with supporting docs.
