Job summary

Qualifications

• Three plus (3+) years of accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations and accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and 3-way matching.
• Prepare weekly payment batches and process expense reports.
• Maintain vendor data and assist with 1099 reporting.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and review accuracy.
• Record banking transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing and audits as needed.
