Job summary

The role focuses on developing account strategies, maintaining profiles, coordinating with Regeneron, and traveling up to 60% to access designated accounts; base salary ranges from $175,000 to $185,000 with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience or extensive clinical experience in hearing loss.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution or orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics within key accounts to expand market share in otoferlin-related hearing loss.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs).
• Coordinate pull-through activity with Regeneron account team.
• Develop integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights.
• Establish relationships with healthcare professionals and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities.
