Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist in Minneapolis to drive sales in the hearing loss space, engaging audiologists and ENT specialists.

You will craft account plans, build key relationships, and lead cross-functional efforts with Regeneron to expand access to therapies. The role requires strong consultative selling, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex accounts with multi-point decision makers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss space.
• Proven success with accounts and key stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics within designated accounts to drive diagnostic pathways and market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Lead coordination with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
