Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey for hearing loss. The role requires clinically focused sales messaging and uncompromising integrity in a fast-paced team.

You will develop account strategies, build key HCP profiles, coordinate with Regeneron, and manage cross-functional plans to expand market access and drive rare disease initiatives. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience and/or clinical hearing loss expertise.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Familiarity with limited distribution/orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Proven success leading multi-point institutional accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Account management in large group practices or IDNs; compliant CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts to expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles of KOLs and HCPs.
• Coordinate pull-through activities with Regeneron accounts.
• Develop integrated Account Plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with HCPs and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities.
