Accenture seeks a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprints, translating business needs into technology and coordinating global delivery and sales teams. You will work across clouds, industries, and geographies to shape AI/Gen AI solutions and drive client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across Financial Services, Retail, Life Science, Telecom, or Energy industries.
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google, in delivery or presales.
• Minimum 2 years in AI-led delivery across cross-functional and global environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsabilités

• Understand RFPs/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams from data ingestion to AI/Agents.
• Align technology components with business use cases (LLMs, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs).
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
