Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Enterprise GenAI Product Manager to drive strategy, discovery, requirements, and roadmaps for a portfolio of centrally supported GenAI platforms and experiences. You will partner with lines of business, governance, risk, and tech teams to translate needs into product concepts and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on leading the AI Marketplace, prompt resources, and capability catalogs, ensuring integration, governance, and scalable adoption across enterprise users.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with Generative AI or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with business units and governance teams to identify needs and roadmaps.
• Oversee design and evolution of GenAI platforms, marketplaces, catalogs, and experiences.
• Coordinate with engineering, governance, risk, architecture, and support teams through lifecycle.
