Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the AI enablement program for the Adoption & Experience team. You will shape the curriculum, learning paths, and rollout communications for GenAI tools, treating enablement as a product with a roadmap, backlog, and success metrics.

In this role you will partner with HR Learning & Development to deliver content, manage a champion network, and measure adoption. A strong background in agile product management and enterprise AI is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or advanced degree with experience in product management.
Experience in agile software product development and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong foundation in technical concepts and architecture for large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

Own AI enablement product vision, roadmap, and backlog for training and communications.
Design curriculum and learning paths for both technical and non-technical employees.
Plan rollout communications and coordinate content owners across organizations.
Manage the champion network and measure enablement impact.
Drive continuous improvement using adoption data.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
