Deloitte Consulting invites an accomplished Manager and Technical Architect to lead high-impact, end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications in enterprise settings. You will mentor teams, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and drive AI-enabled solutions across cloud-native platforms.

Applicants should bring 7+ years in software engineering/architecture, strong leadership, and deep experience with modern frontend/backend stacks, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering and leadership.
• Experience designing production-grade apps with OO design patterns.
• Frontend experience with Angular/React/Next.js and JS/TS/HTML5/CSS3.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and/or serverless architectures.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• Experience using Git/Azure DevOps for CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Docker and container-based development.
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• AI/GenAI integration in enterprise apps.
• Leading code/design reviews and architecture reviews.
• Project estimation and risk mitigation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Active cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Analyze and implement user requirements and new features.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack apps.
• Design scalable, secure architectures (microservices, serverless).
• Provide technical leadership in AI/GenAI within enterprise ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior to senior developers and drive engineering maturity.
• Oversee performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
