Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an experienced Manager and Technical Architect to deliver high-quality work and mentor teams. You will lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.

You will provide technical leadership for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full stack software engineering with architecture/leadership experience.
• Experience delivering production-grade apps with OO design patterns.
• Proficiency with frontend (Angular/React/Next.js) and backend stacks.
• Strong REST API, microservices, and serverless experience.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP and containers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack apps across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern patterns.
• Provide technical leadership for AI/GenAI initiatives in enterprise apps.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with tech strategy.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and governance for engineering maturity.
• Mentor junior to senior engineers to foster quality and learning.
• Participate in project estimation, planning, risk mitigation, and delivery.
