Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Solution Architect in the AI & Engineering practice to architect, build, and scale technology solutions across software, data, AI, networks, and hybrid cloud. You will guide implementations using AWS and generative AI platforms to transform client operations at scale.

As a Lead, you will translate complex requirements into scalable designs, mentor teams, and collaborate with executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software eng, IS, data science, EE, or math.
• 8+ years in software engineering, application or solution architecture.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams on enterprise tech.
• Experience with AWS cloud services incl Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, API Gateway.
• Experience architecting generative AI solutions with LLMs, vector DBs, integration patterns.
• Ability to travel ~50% and work in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and engineering for AI/cloud client engagements.
• Translate requirements into scalable architecture designs and roadmaps.
• Guide teams through Bedrock integration, Claude implementation, API strategy, security, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and delivery quality.
• Drive AI-enabled modernization to accelerate platform and product outcomes.
