Job summary

Deloitte Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager and Technical Architect to deliver high-quality work across full-stack solutions. You will mentor teams, liaise with onsite/offshore groups, and drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure enterprise applications.

You will lead design discussions, oversee code reviews, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in full stack software engineering and technical leadership.
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade applications with OO patterns and clean coding.
• Experience building frontend technologies (Angular/React/Next.js) and backend stacks (Node.js/Python/Java).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; cloud deployments and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Provide technical leadership for AI/GenAI implementations within enterprise ecosystems.
• Drive architecture decisions, development standards, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Mentor junior to senior engineers and contribute to governance through architecture reviews.
