Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on development across borders.
• 4+ years building microservices and scalable APIs.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and containers.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience leading delivery teams across time zones.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe/Kanban.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable full-stack systems.
• Design and operate RESTful and asynchronous APIs on cloud-native infra.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features.
• Architect and deliver production-grade AI apps using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel; design patterns including orchestrator-agent hierarchies, RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, and memory management.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Identify technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives.
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Contribute to hiring processes including technical interviews.
