Job summary

Turing is seeking a senior GenAI project leader to drive end-to-end delivery for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, define technical direction, and manage client engagements from POC to full-scale implementations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and fast delivery in a remote/NYC-friendly setting, with highly competitive compensation and flexible work hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in driving Machine Learning & AI projects.
• Experience with GenAI agentic designs and Langchain/Langgraph-like frameworks.
• Ability to lead end-to-end GenAI projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with clients and prospects to build AI product pipeline and expand to more processes.
• Provide technical direction to engineering toward a technical roadmap and ensure timely execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and client success teams.
• Manage big-picture program timeline and delivery quality, including releases and go-live plans.
