Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee multiple AI and GenAI initiatives from inception to value realization. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders, and ensure governance and security standards.

The role is based in Piscataway, NJ with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project delivery as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and delivery standards.
• Track milestones, outcomes, and value realization.
• Provide executive-level status updates and drive issue resolution.
