Job summary

Turing, based in San Francisco, is seeking engineers with extensive LLM experience to join our GenAI delivery organization for Fortune 500 projects. You will lead a team across skills, designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models and related AI products.

You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate requirements into impactful GenAI solutions, ensuring high-quality code and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of hands-on engineering experience with 4–6+ years in AI/ML model building and deployment.
• 1+ year of developing Generative AI (LLM) applications using prompt engineering, RAG, or agents.
• Expert in architecting GenAI applications and using cloud services.
• Proficient in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build the technical roadmap from business requirements and own delivery.
• Lead the engineering team toward the roadmap and ensure timely execution for customer satisfaction.
• Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, agents) and deploy them.
