Job summary
Capgemini is seeking a senior Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in Gen AI and AI/ML to design and implement innovative solutions for Banking and Insurance domains. You will lead architecture, integrate client applications, and guide cross-functional teams across cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Banking processes, Gen AI, Agentic AI and AI/ML.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud components (Azure/AWS/GCP – at least one), Langchain, Langraph, Python, PowerAutomate and architectural patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Banking processes with Gen AI and AI/ML.
- Architect integration of client applications within overall solution frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and platform/infrastructure teams on AI features.
- Stay informed about latest AI technologies and evaluate tools.
- Promote architectural best practices and standards across projects.
