Capgemini in New York is seeking a senior Data/AI transformation leader to shape solutions for top financial services clients. You will own deal shaping, design data platforms, AI/GenAI architectures, and cloud strategies to deliver measurable business value and competitive proposals.
With 10–15+ years in Financial Services, you will guide workshops with senior stakeholders, translate complex problems into scalable offerings, and drive ROI-focused outcomes across delivery roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in Financial Services + Data/AI consulting.
- Strong experience in solutioning, architecture, and proposals.
- Expertise in data platforms, cloud, and analytics.
- Experience with AI/GenAI solutions.
- Domain exposure to Banking and/or Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead RFPs, proposals, and deal shaping for Data & AI opportunities.
- Design end-to-end solutions (data platforms, AI/GenAI, cloud architectures).
- Translate client problems into scalable, business-driven solutions.
- Drive use case identification and ROI articulation.
- Lead client workshops with CDO, CIO, and Risk/Compliance stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment from solution → delivery → execution roadmap.
- Build reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.
