Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a GenAI Solutions Architect to lead hands-on design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions for a bank. You’ll translate platform capabilities into scalable reference architectures, define integration patterns, and ensure governance adherence across use cases.

The role focuses on cloud-native GenAI delivery, model access controls, and secure data flows, partnering with delivery teams to accelerate adoption while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution or senior engineering roles, including hands-on delivery of cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM solutions experience: model integration, RAG pipelines, prompts and patterns.
• Strong Azure OpenAI and services, API Management, identity, and security concepts.
• Proven ability to produce reference architectures, integration patterns, and design docs adopted by teams.
• Experience designing within security, risk, and compliance constraints in regulated environments.
• Strong consulting skills: stakeholder communication, design facilitation, influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution designs, data flows, model access patterns, and integration approaches aligned to enterprise AI platform and gateway architecture.
• Produce and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and working examples for common use-case shapes (RAG, document processing, workflow).
• Review solution designs against platform standards and governance before build; drive remediation with delivery teams.
• Advise on model selection, prompt/context architecture, retrieval design, and guardrail patterns for each use case's risk tier.
• Enablement: pair with teams lacking AI delivery to provide hands-on design and build guidance.
