Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant in the U.S. to lead technical delivery on complex AI engagements, owning architecture decisions, and guiding engineering teams from design to production deployment.

You will partner with senior clients, balance architectural rigor with practical delivery, drive account growth through trusted execution, and apply responsible AI principles across strategy, technology, data and design.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture with AI delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments.
• Strong client presence and executive-level technical communication.
• Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements.
• Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment.
• Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards.
• Lead technical discussions with VP/Director-level client stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights.
