Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and knowledge retrieval is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Strategy.
• Experience leading AI, ML, analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI architectures.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and API-driven architectures.
• Strong data architecture, analytics platforms, and integration patterns.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and explain complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Create solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions and prioritize requirements into a technology backlog.
• Contribute to the architecture roadmap for defined domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology).
• Clarify architecture, assist with system design, and offer solution options to impediments.
• Lead design of complex architectures and drive innovative, modular, adaptable solutions.
• Educate teams on architecture practices, standardization, and best practices.
• Define non-functional requirements including security, performance, and reliability.
