Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the Consumer industry, gained through consulting and/or industry roles.
• Experience identifying, assessing and prioritising GenAI or intelligent automation opportunities.
• Experience leading transformation workstreams from discovery through delivery and benefits tracking.
• Ability to translate Consumer industry trends into practical AI-enabled strategies and operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client conversations to identify where GenAI and agentic technologies can improve Consumer business performance.
• Shape and prioritise AI and automation opportunity pipelines with value and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage Deloitte and client teams through discovery, design and delivery of GenAI and agentic solutions across functions.
• Develop business cases and benefits frameworks quantifying productivity, cost, revenue and customer impact.
• Support governance and value realization tracking for large-scale transformations.
