Deloitte Digital is seeking a Service Strategy Manager for Consumer, a client-facing consulting leader blending service strategy, AI fluency, and operational delivery to transform customer experiences across retail and direct‑to‑consumer channels.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and help clients translate strategy into scalable technology deployments with measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years delivering consulting engagements on service transformation.
• 6+ years in consumer experience strategy for retail or CP brands.
• 6+ years in the Consumer sector with journeys and operating models.
• 6+ years leading strategy engagements and roadmaps.
• 6+ years in technology strategy and delivery, AI prioritization and architecture.
• 1+ year using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Ability to travel ~30% and may require immigration sponsorship consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagements defining service strategies across digital self-service, contact center, and field service.
• Partner with CX, digital, tech leaders to deliver AI-enabled service strategies.
• Advise on loyalty, retention, and omnichannel strategy for retail/Direct-to-Consumer.
• Translate challenges into structured strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Connect service strategy to technology delivery and data integration.
• Coach client workshops and manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop phased deployment plans for AI agent and automation solutions.
