Job summary

Citi seeks a Generative AI practitioner to lead end-to-end GenAI and agentic solution delivery across its Controls Technology platform. You will architect production-ready capabilities, guide a team of AI engineers, and ensure governance, security, and efficiency in deployment.

You will collaborate with Data Mesh, Cloud, MLOps, and business units to operationalize GenAI, achieve on-time delivery, and maintain high standards of software engineering and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Foundation models and hosted pre-trained models in enterprise use cases.
• Expertise in context engineering, memory management, and token efficiency.
• Advanced prompt design and management practices.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, graph-based reasoning, and multi-hop search.
• Experience delivering agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on with AWS services and cloud infrastructure for AI/GenAI.
• Proven ability to implement guardrails and governance for ethical AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI delivery roadmap and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Mentor AI engineers and drive a high-performing team.
• Oversee design, development, and production deployment of GenAI apps.
• Drive agentic workflows and multi-agent system standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and risk across programs.
• Collaborate with Data Mesh, Cloud, MLOps, and business units.
• Instill CI/CD, LLMOps, observability, and Agile practices.
• Enforce governance and ethical deployment across delivery.
