Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk management across multiple client engagements in the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team.

You will guide executive leaders, shape strategic solutions, and drive delivery across Data, Infrastructure, Identity, and Security Operations while building reusable accelerators and future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of combined cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience.
• 12+ years of experience advising on AI/ML or emerging technology risk at the executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance, risk, or security strategy programs.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and generative AI risk in roles with engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects and implementations.
• Define scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns and models.
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, and application security.
• Lead pursuits and account growth with strategic solutions and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, engagement quality, and satisfaction across AI security work.
