Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or operations in a SaaS/cloud environment.
• Proficiency with Jira including filters and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with defined processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to suggest improvements.
• Excellent written English.

Responsibilities

• Process GDPR and data subject requests (DSR) and related documentation.
• Handle billing and financial inquiries, invoice retrieval, payment issues, disputes and reconciliation.
• Manage financial operations workflows: approvals, anomalies, and records in systems.
• Provide basic technical support for account access and onboarding tasks; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain Jira queues with correct categorisation, priority, and SLA tracking.
• Build and maintain Jira filters and dashboards for visibility and reporting.
• Identify recurring request patterns and flag for automation or self-service.
