Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations or related field would be valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling financial and operational information.
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day billing operations.
• Review and maintain billing information, records, and operational data with careful attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing questions and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
• Help maintain consistent operational processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage assigned operational tasks and priorities while meeting established timelines and quality expectations.
