Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning financial systems, billing, payments, or backoffice operations.
• Proven record of shipping automations that reduce manual operational hours.
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise domains, ideally involving reseller or partner-based billing models.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for internal billing workflows and prioritize initiatives for scalability and compliance.
• Run discovery with Finance, Support, Sales to identify failure modes in the billing lifecycle.
• Write PRDs and user stories for internal billing consoles, APIs, and reconciliation pipelines.
