Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions).
• 3+ years applying SRE practices including monitoring, incident management and performance optimization.
• 3+ years with CI/CD tools (Google Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar).
• 3+ years in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• 3+ years scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager).
• 3+ years monitoring/logging with Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana or similar.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for GCP-based applications with high availability and performance.
• Automate recurring tasks using Python/Bash and IaC tools like Terraform and Deployment Manager.
• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM and data encryption.
• Monitor and manage VMs, containers, databases, and networking components.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar.
• Set up monitoring/alerting with Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Contribute to incident response and post-mortem analyses to identify root causes.
• Apply SRE practices: define SLOs/SLIs and manage error budgets.
• AI Platform Enablement: build Google Cloud infra for AI agents, plugins/tools securely.
• AI Integration & Governance: pattern reuse, security controls, observability for AI agents.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations for smooth deployments.
• Create and maintain system architecture docs and runbooks.
