Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a skilled Software Development Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), for Retail and Pharmacy platforms. The role focuses on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence using AIOps and AI-powered tools to improve observability and automated incident response.

The ideal candidate will have cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go), and expertise in CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience in Edge/Distributed software architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
• Experience in monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppInsights, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices.
