Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of client service in Global Capital Markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with corporate structures and regulations.

Mansioni

• Monitor administrative systems for GCM accounts and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal/Risk/Compliance on regulatory issues for accounts.
• Assist in structuring and closing GCM transactions with clients.
