- 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in top-tier digital agencies or tech-native brands.
- Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email systems, and UX/UI performance metrics.
- Forward-thinking leadership with interest in AI, DCO, and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Systemic Brand & Performance Direction across scaled channels and assets.
- Overhaul operations by turning micro-processes into macro changes and reducing manual workflows.
- Lead responsible automation culture with AI-enabled outputs.
- Ensure uncompromising artistry standards across copy, design, email, typography, and motion.
- Define a global creative roadmap and empower senior leaders in workstreams.
- Build client trust and growth by expanding digital marketing scopes with VPs and PMMs.
