Job summary

Monks is hiring a senior leader to drive the GCD, Scaled CRM & Performance across large-scale digital workstreams. You will oversee a cross-functional global team delivering thousands of performance-driven assets, including lifecycle emails, landing pages, and platform-native campaigns.

You will consolidate legacy teams, implement a tech-enabled, AI-native model, and elevate artistry standards while ensuring measurable growth for clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading cross-functional creative teams in top-tier digital agencies or tech-native brand organizations.
• Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email infrastructure, data-driven CRM systems, and UX/UI performance metrics.
• Forward-thinking leader with an interest in using AI suites, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and automated toolkits to accelerate output.
• A sharp eye for design, motion, and narrative structure; ability to elevate complex campaigns.
• Change management grit to restructure legacy teams and transition to an automated, tech-enabled future.
