Monks is seeking a senior agency leader to guide scaled CRM and performance across digital workstreams. You will oversee a global, cross-functional team delivering thousands of assets annually, including lifecycle emails, B2B/B2C pages, and platform-native campaigns.

The role emphasizes transforming legacy structures into a tech-enabled, AI-native model with a strong focus on quality and human artistry. You will manage change, drive client growth, and uphold world-class creative standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading cross-functional creative teams in top-tier agencies or tech-native brands.
• Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email infrastructure, and UX/UI performance metrics.
• Forward-thinking leader with interest in AI suites, DCO, and automated toolkits to accelerate output.

Responsibilities

• Systemic Brand & Performance Direction across scaled channels with premium, contextual assets.
• Oversee operational overhaul and program architecture to move from fragmented workflows to macro changes.
• Foster a culture of responsible automation and AI integration in creative output while expanding capabilities.
• Maintain uncompromising artistry standards across copy, design, typography, and motion graphics.
• Define the overarching creative roadmap and empower senior leaders to execute it within their streams.
• Build trusted client relationships and elevate the agency as a growth partner for digital initiatives.
