Job summary

PMG is seeking a Creative Technologist Lead to architect and deliver dynamic creative solutions across global brands. You will lead technical development, automation, and campaign integrations with partners and internal teams to drive scalable, high-impact digital experiences.

You will mentor other technologists, establish standards, and stay ahead of new ad tech capabilities. This role involves collaborating with Creative, Media, Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

4+ years in creative technology, front-end development, or related AdTech.
Strong knowledge of dynamic creative optimization and digital advertising production.
Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with modular scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with DCO, ad-serving, or creative automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical development and implementation of dynamic creative (DCO) across multiple brands and channels.
Architect scalable creative solutions using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, and data feeds.
Serve as a technical lead on programmatic, social, display, and video campaigns balancing objectives and complexity.
Translate creative and business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
Define development best practices, QA standards, and documentation to improve delivery quality.
